En fait il s agit d un rôti de porc cuit au four ... qui était tendre. J ai apprécié les petits légumes d accompagnement relevés au poivre vert. Fromage : portion congrue au pays du fromage c est un comble. Poire pochée : à oublier car plus bouillie que pochée et d une taille minimaliste.Traduction

Très beau cadre et très bonne expérience. Une belle surprise avec le pain de viande de bœuf, savoureux et accompagné d’une sauce vraiment excellente. Nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Un sans faute à prix maîtrisé. Tout était délicieux. Service impeccable. Ambiance presque feutrée, décoration soignée dans le dressage et le mobilier (on est particulièrement bien assis). Bref, pour un passage d'un soir à Saint-Flour nous sommes enchantés et ne pouvons que recommander ce petit restaurant qui fait honneur à la cuisine française à prix accessible.
